- Digital Rewards
- Digital rewards, including certificates and milestone unlocks, are delivered electronically in your “View Progress” section of that event / challenge.
- Delivery Timeline: Digital rewards, certificates, and medals are sent only to participants who complete the event as per the terms and conditions.
- If you do not receive your digital rewards after completing the challenge / event, contact us at support@atulyabharatrun.com.
- Physical Rewards (Medals and Merchandise)
- Physical rewards such as medals and merchandise will be shipped to the address provided during registration.
- Shipping Timeline:
- Medals(if applicable): Shipped within 10-15 business days after the successful completion of the event.
- Merchandise (if applicable): Shipped within 10-15 business days after the order is placed.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned during the registration process or at the time of ordering merchandise.
- Any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the participant.
- In case ofT-shirt, Medal and merchandise, if size or address is to be changed after the shipment of the articles then the participant/member will have to bear the cost of reshipment on actual cost basis. In such cases participant/member can write to support@atulyabharatrun.com.
- Delivery Partners
- We partner with trusted courier and logistics services to ensure timely and secure delivery of physical rewards.
- Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or logistical issues. In such cases:
- We will notify participants of the delay and provide an updated timeline.
- Atulya Bharat Run is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
- Tracking details will be provided via email,if ask by participant/user.
- Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or other delivery issues:
- Participants may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
- Unclaimed packages will be held for 30 days from the date of return, after which Atulya Bharat Run reserves the right to dispose of the items.

- Damaged or Missing Items
- If you receive a damaged item or if an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
- To report an issue, at support@atulyabharatrun.com with your order details, photos of the damaged item (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
- We will investigate and provide a resolution, such as replacement or refund, based on the circumstances.
- Force Majeure
Atulya Bharat Run will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
